Launched in 2003, the Frieze Art Fair is London's first annual event bringing together the most dynamic contemporary galleries in the world. For this yearbook, each gallery has nominated three of their most exciting artists, creating a selection of over 300. Each artist's entry includes an image of their work, a short article, a biography and a bibliography. In this way the yearbook provides an illustrated overview of today's contemporary art scene. It also includes full details of all participating galleries for reference.
