Applications for Frieze Seoul 2022 are now open.
Frieze Seoul 2022 is the inaugural edition of a new annual art fair taking place at COEX, a prestigious venue at the centre of Seoul's cultural landscape. Frieze Seoul will run alongside Kiaf SEOUL, the country's leading art fair, which has showcased the best Korean galleries for the past 20 years. The fair will take place from Friday 2 - Monday 5 September 2022, featuring approximately 100 galleries across Main, Focus Asia, and Frieze Masters.
The Main section welcomes ambitious proposals from galleries with an international programme of artists and a regular programme of exhibitions.
Focus Asia will showcase solo artist presentations from Asia-based galleries, opened in or after 2010. This section benefits from a subsidised rate and is open to shared gallery proposals.
Frieze Masters is dedicated to works of art made before the year 2000, ranging from ancient and ethnographic art through to Old Masters. It is open to galleries that have been selected by the Frieze Masters committee.
