About Donghyun Kwon + Sea Jung Kwon
Donghyun Kwon + Sea Jung Kwon are collaborators who intermittently invade one another’s work to derive a third result. Observing the material properties and emotions produced by meetings between non-humans, humans, and cities, Gwon and Kwon translate them into sculpture and video. Works by the duo have appeared in group exhibitions and projects including ‘Equi-vocal’ (AFSAR web project a-fsar.com, Berlin 2021), ‘As To The Beast’ (Hapjungjigu, Seoul 2021) and ‘from Ghost apple § Stainglasses @ StitchGroup’ (5percent, Seoul 2020).
