Galleries participating in Frieze New York 2022 were invited to share one publication, physical or digital, for consideration in a curated library of texts. At the conclusion of the fair, the collection will once again be donated to the Thomas J. Watson Library, the research library of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The Frieze Library collection includes a wide variety of publications, from artist monographs to exhibition catalogues. The resulting selection of digital and physical publications forms a reflection of the current moment through the work of artists, writers, and art-world professionals.
