Gallery Applications for Frieze Seoul Now Open

We are excited to announce that applications for Frieze Seoul 2026 are now open.

Featuring approximately 120 galleries, Frieze Seoul returns to COEX from 2 – 5 September 2026 for the fifth edition of the fair. 

Frieze Seoul 2025 concluded with strong sales and an active international audience from across Asia, the United States and the rest of the world. Over four days, we welcomed 70,000 visitors from 48 countries, including representatives from more than 160 leading museums and institutions. The energy throughout the week reflected the vitality of the city’s expansive ecosystem of institutions and collectors.

Frieze Seoul 2026 will continue to strengthen Korea’s global cultural presence, bringing together international and local galleries and audiences. Coinciding with both Gwangju and Busan Biennales 2026, it will underscore the country’s growing influence and vibrant role in the global art scene. 

Galleries Section

The Galleries section welcomes ambitious solo, dual and group proposals from galleries representing international artists and showing a regular program of exhibitions.

Focus Section

For the first time at Frieze Seoul, Focus will expand its scope to include not only galleries from across Asia but also emerging international galleries established in or after 2014 proposing solo presentations. The section will be advised by independent curator Seolhui Lee. All exhibitors in Focus benefit from a subsidized rate.

Applications close on Wednesday 26 November 2025. The Selection Committee’s decision on your application will be sent in March 2026.
