About the Role
Frieze are searching for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the team to product manage and provide customer support to all levels of Membership as the first point of contact. They will oversee and manage the sale, distribution and promotional circulation of all products. These include limited editions, special products generated from collaborations and all titles published by Frieze. Responsibilities include direct liaison with stockists and distributors, as well as management of our online shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Look after customer service and general inquiries for all membership levels as first point of contact
  • Look after circulation of subscribers’ copies, back issue orders for all titles and products fulfilment
  • Manage members onboarding process in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with external agents for institutional subscriptions
  • Compile Membership and sales revenue reports
  • Manage relationship with mailing house and liaise with database provider
  • Manage the online shop, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
  • Manage stock levels at the mailing house and in storage
  • Manage and monitor mailing and strategic placement budgets
  • Ensure data capture/use/storage is accurate and in line with current legislation in collaboration with the Digital team
  • Oversee relationships with retailers and distributors and negotiate remits and quantities
  • Research and approach prospective stockists
  • Brief the mailing house for all deliveries and oversee packaging options for all products
  • Manage strategic placement and onsite distribution logistics at Frieze Fairs and other art/book fairs and events
  • Organise and oversee Frieze Masters and Frieze Week distribution during Frieze fairs, on site and around town
