Gasworks: Private View of Eduardo Navarro's Exhibition (breathspace)

Gasworks is offering an opportunity for Frieze VIP guests to visit (breathspace) the first UK solo exhibition by Buenos Aires-based artist Eduardo Navarro in a safe context outside of Gasworks' regular opening hours. Between the hours of 9am and 12pm on Thursday 8 October, VIP guests can book a half hour time slot for a small group tour of no more than 6 people with a member of the curatorial team.



During the lockdown, Navarro started drawing daily. In his words, this practice enabled him to ‘relocate the studio to inside my own head’, revealing the act of drawing as a timely medium for speculative thinking. Produced in self-isolation, the hundreds of drawings that result from this experience act as a portal connecting dimensions, past and future visions, unrealised and perhaps unrealisable ideas.
