FOLIE is a restaurant and a bar offering a taste of the Riviera, from Marseille to Portofino, through St Tropez and Nice, combined with the dining out spirit of modern London.

Led by Executive Head Chef Christophe Marleix (ex Alain Ducasse & Annabel’s) this menu is a gentle combination of luxurious ingredients and the humble recipes of the region - sensitively modernised for London 2021. Christophe sources and champions seasonal ingredients from small-scale UK farmers, with fish from day boats in Cornwall and Devon.
