Frieze fairs are accessible to people with reduced mobility, non-visible disabilities and access needs

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available from the Cloakroom at both Frieze London and Frieze Masters, on a first come, first served basis. If you need a wheelchair, please speak to a member of staff at the Cloakroom or to a member of security, who will be able to assist you. We’re unable to provide dedicated assistance for wheelchairs.  
Companion/carer/caregiver tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice to arrange a free ticket for them.

Entrance and Exit Ramps

There are ramps at both entrances at exits for Frieze London and Frieze Masters. 

Deaf and hearing impaired visitors

Hearing loops are fitted at the Ticket Enquiries, Cloakrooms and VIP Enquiries desks at each fair.

Carers

The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice to arrange a free ticket for your carer.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower

The fairs are part of the Sunflower.
The Hidden Disability Sunflower supports people with non-visible disabilities. Simply by wearing the Sunflower, visitors can discreetly signal that extra help or more time may be needed.
You can pick up a Sunflower lanyard at the Ticket Enquiries, VIP Enquiries desks or Cloakrooms at each fair.

Facilities

Accessible Toilets and baby changing facilities are available at Frieze London and Masters.
A Nursing room is available at Frieze London.

Seating

There are benches available throughout the fairs.
