What are the dates of the fair?
The third edition of Frieze Los Angeles takes place from February 17-20, 2022. The fair will be open to the public from February 18-20, 2022. The invitation-only preview day will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022.
What is the location of the fair?
The fair will be moving to a new location in Beverly Hills, situated at 9900 Wilshire Boulevard, adjacent to the Beverly Hilton Hotel. In this new location, the fair will occupy a prime position between the Hammer Museum and the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
What are the fair opening hours?

Thursday Preview, February 17 (invitation only): 10am – 7pm
Friday Preview, February 18: 11am – 8pm
Saturday, February 19: 11am – 7pm
Sunday, February 20: 11am – 6pm
How do I get a ticket to the fair?

How should I prepare for my visit? / What are Frieze's COVID-19 guidelines?
In accordance with LA County guidance, in order to access the fair all visitors aged 2 and over must wear a medical-grade face mask and provide proof of one of the following:
- Full vaccination completed at least 14 days ahead of your visit
- Or a negative PCR /molecular equivalent test result obtained 2 days before your visit
- Or a negative Rapid Antigen test result obtained within 1 day before your visit
Visitors aged 18 and over must also provide an appropriate photo ID matching the name on the test result or vaccination.
What is your advice for ticket buyers who have COVID-19 symptoms / a positive test result – will you refund them if they are unable to attend?
Anyone who is symptomatic or has a positive test result should remain at home and get in touch with us as soon as possible and before their visit, on frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice with their booking reference number for more information on refunds.
How do you define a full vaccination course?
- All WHO vaccines will be recognized if the full course has been completed more than 14 days before visiting the fair: Moderna, Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, J&J
- We strongly recommend that visitors who are eligible for their booster vaccine ensure they receive it before attending the fair.
What if you are exempt from wearing a mask?
Following guidance from the Public Health Department of the County of Los Angeles, if for medical reasons anyone is unable to wear a mask, we ask that they wear a face shield with a drape.
I recently had COVID-19. Can I attend the fair?
If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19 and only recently recovered, then we ask that you refer to the most recent government health advice.
Do I need a ticket for my child? /Can I bring children?
You can bring children under 2 years old without a ticket. If your child is 2 or over 2 years old, you will need to purchase a child or youth ticket for them. Please note that child and youth tickets are limited and only available on Saturday and Sunday.
- All children aged 2 and over need a valid admission ticket to enter the fair and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Children under 2 are admitted free of charge.
- All children aged 2 and over are required to wear a medical-grade face mask and show proof of a negative test or proof of vaccination as per our COVID-19 guidelines.
- Children aged 2 or under are exempt from testing and face-mask requirements.
Where can I purchase a child ticket?
A limited number of tickets for children and youth aged 2 and over are available on Saturday and Sunday, on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All children aged 2 and over are required to wear a medical-grade face mask and show proof of a negative test or proof of vaccination as per our COVID-19 guidelines.

We recommend using a taxi or rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft, as parking within walking distance is limited.
Paid for parking is available at Watt Plaza, which is a 12-minute walk to the fair. A Frieze shuttle runs between Watt Plaza and the fair. Watt Plaza Garage is located at 1875 Century Park E, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Parking fees: $3.50 per 12 minutes ($35 maximum charge).

The fair is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Companions/carers tickets are available free of charge. After booking your ticket, please get in touch with us at frieze.seetickets.com/customerservice or via the chatbot on the Seetickets website to arrange a free ticket for your carer.
Can I bring a buggy/stroller?
Strollers and buggies are allowed into the fair.
Can I bring a bag into the fair? Is there a coat check?
Please note that large bags (including, but not limited to, suitcases, backpacks, folding bicycles, scooters) or any large items bigger than a handbag or laptop bag will not be permitted into the fair. Visitors arriving with such items will be refused entry. Visitors are welcome to use the bag drop facility located at the Oasis Room inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel, which is adjacent to the fair.
The coat check opens half an hour before the fair opens and closes half an hour after the close of the fair. Space for coats in the coat check is extremely limited, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We request that where possible visitors keep their belongings with them. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you bring minimal personal belongings to the venue.
Are there any discounts for groups?
There are no discounts available for group bookings.
Are there any cash machines at the fair?
Frieze fairs are cashless events. Only card payments are accepted.
Can I bring my pet to the fair?
There are strictly no pets allowed at the fairs, with the exception of assistance animals.

Are there any toilets or baby changing facilities at the fair?
There are toilet facilities available at the fair, including toilets with easy access for people with reduced mobility, and baby changing facilities.
Are there any restaurants or cafés at the fair?
Restaurants near the fair include CIRCA 55 and Sant'olina, which are located inside The Beverly Hilton Hotel. Sant’olina will be open for special lunch hours for Frieze Los Angeles between 11am-3pm from February 17-20. Click here to make a reservation. Christine Messineo is the Director of Frieze Los Angeles and Frieze New York.
What is the focus of the fair?
Frieze Los Angeles largely focuses on contemporary art and celebrates the exceptionally dynamic culture of Los Angeles and its global contributions to the visual arts. The full program and list of participating galleries can be found here.
How big is the fair?
Frieze Los Angeles will bring together over 100 of the most significant and forward-thinking galleries from across the city and around the world. The fair experience will be completed by Frieze Week events across the city.
How are the galleries selected for the fair?
For Frieze Los Angeles 2022, there has been an application process and galleries submit an application form. The application deadline is in May and the selection is made in August. The selection is made by a committee of gallerists who participate in the fair; the fair Director chairs the meeting but does not vote.
