How many people attend the fair and who are they?
Each year, we have over 90,000 visitors to Frieze London and Frieze Masters combined. These visitors include those with an interest in the art world, such as curators, artists, collectors, gallerists and critics, as well as the general public. Some visit as first-time collectors of art whilst others view the fair more as an exhibition, enjoying the experience as a cultural day out.

What makes Frieze London and Frieze Masters different from other art fairs?
Flagship of Frieze Fairs, Frieze London champions radical ideas and new voices in contemporary art. We encourage ambitious proposals from commercial galleries showing an international programme of artists and presenting a regular programme of exhibitions.

Offering a unique perspective, Frieze Masters is considered by institutional and private collections as a trusted place for major acquisitions of defining works from art history. We welcome thoughtful proposals from galleries showing art ranging from Ancient to global cultural Classics, European ‘old master’ works and art of the 20th century. Works shown must be made before the year 2000, or 2010 if the artist was born before 1950.

Both Frieze London and Frieze Masters in 2025 benefited from thoughtfully revitalized layouts, encouraging discovery and refining visitor experiences. ‘A Studio Between’ are the architectural partner for Frieze London. A Studio Between are a London-based, multi-disciplinary studio working between Interiors & Architecture, Furniture & Design. With a focus on hospitality and people-focused spaces, A Studio Between are bringing a new attention to the public areas within the fair, to enliven and enrich the guest experience. Annabelle Selldorf is the designer for Frieze Masters. Annabelle introduced a contemporary, elegant environment in which ancient and modern art can be shown side by side. Selldorf Architects has a reputation for meeting the specific demands of art-related projects, having designed not only galleries and museums but also art foundations and collectors’ homes. Recent projects include The Frick Collection, New York and The National Gallery, London.
