Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Marketing Executive supports the marketing team in implementing marketing campaigns for its international art fairs across the globe.
- Email Marketing: Plan and implement email marketing strategy, including drafting copy and selecting images, data segments optimisation and set up in Mailchimp, scheduling and coordinating partnership content inclusions;
- Design production and Artwork delivery: Liaise with Design team, media owners and all relevant internal and external stakeholders on the timely sign off and production of all print and digital formats required for campaigns;
- Digital Marketing: Support the Senior Marketing Manager or liaise with external agencies on the set-up of paid social and display advertising campaigns;
- Reporting: Weekly reporting on email marketing and digital marketing performance;
- Partnerships and Outreach: Research and liaise with media partners and relevant networks to promote Frieze events;
- Ticketing Operations: Test set up ahead of each on-sale or new tickets release, proof all fair ticketing web pages and support Senior Marketing Manager in liaising with ticketing partners about ticketing operations onsite;
- Event operations: Liaise with all relevant stakeholders on fair signage design and production, support training of information and sales temporary staff, draft manuals for onsite media partners, assist with build, set-up and management of information desks, ticket desks, publications and sales-related areas, support with data operations around fair-related membership products and coordinate ticketing enquiries across all marketing partners;
- Budget: Process marketing invoices in a timely manner, follow spend approval process and make sure marketing campaign budgets are kept up to date;
- Website: Draft copy for fair ticketing and visitor information pages on frieze.com and liaise with the Branded Content team on fair web layouts to promote fairs’ tickets and content.
