Madre Mezcal is a certified artisanal mezcal from Mexico, hand-made in the hills of Oaxaca. Crafted in open-air palenques using only agaves roasted in an earthen oven, water from local aquifers and fermented with airborne yeast, Madre reflects the essence of the Earth in its purest form.
Bukchon Makgeolli holds the fermentation heritage and knowledge of the makgeolli master, passed down to him over 500 years. Made with the presidential award-winning Kimpo rice and wild honey harvested from bees traveling north, each limited edition bottle inspires special moments and memories to be created with your loved ones.
Bar Cham offers cocktails based on Korean spirits, melding local flavors with modern techniques. Ranked #13 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, Cham presents an array of inventive signature cocktails that not only pay tribute to the Korean spirits and ingredients, but to landscapes, streets, and corners that make Korea, Korea.
Bar Gong Gan takes inspiration from Korean traditional elements and presents them in a modern way through the bar’s architecture, design, cocktails, and food. Appreciating the ideas and culture passed down through generations, Bar Gong Gan practices zero-waste culture by utilizing leftover and spent ingredients to create snacks that pair with drinks.
Nostalgia is a high-end hanok hotel located in the iconic Bukchon Hanok Village. Nostalgia’s private hanoks harmonize the rustic charm of traditional Korean architecture with their natural surroundings, reflecting the sophisticated Korean philosophy.
