Job Title: Partnerships Assistant

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Location: London Office

Please note, international travel to Frieze fairs may be required. Working hours during the fair can fall outside the usual office hours of 10am–6pm.

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support the team to build strong relationships with new and existing partners
  • Liaise with other teams internally at Frieze to plan and execute sponsored spaces at our fairs; sponsor events and media campaigns
  • Coordinate partnerships projects globally
  • Plan, schedule and deliver marketing and social media campaigns for partners
  • Coordinate photography for partners at each fair
  • Coordinate approvals for fair and magazine materials with partners
  • Prepare post-event reports showing the results of the social media and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure that partner information is up to date and easily accessible for the team
  • Support the Commercial Director and wider team with administrative duties
  • Manage event guest lists

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in project delivery, both at physical events and digitally
  • Administrative support experience required

Desirable

  • Art world knowledge

Skills and Abilities

Mandatory

  • Strong people management skills
