VIP Fair Assistant (Contractor)
Dates: April 19th – May 22nd
Location: London Office
Type: Temporary Position
Frieze is seeking a VIP Fair Assistant to work alongside the VIP team in London in preparation for Frieze New York (18th May – 22nd May).

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting the team in administrative tasks.
• Direct point of contact for VIP enquiries via email, chatbot and telephone.
• Key role booking timeslots for VIPs to attend the fair.
• Reviewing VIP nominations put forward by galleries and museums ahead of Frieze New York.

Skills and Abilities
• Highly organised.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong writing skills.

Working Conditions:
• This is a contractor position.
• This role will be based at The Strand/ Surrey Street, London.
• Working hours are 10.00-18.00, Monday to Friday
• Weekend work will be required the weekend before and the weekend of the fair.
