The Events Assistant works across all events and fairs. Supporting the Head of Events this role works collaboratively across departments to assist with the production of events
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Lead on Guestlist logistics and RSVP collation via software ArtSVP

Managing check in app software Zkispster
-
Managing Mailchimp and Maxbulk mailer software for invite sending

Support on invite creation and design
-
Support on digital events via Zoom
-
Support on developing digital solutions for digital events programming, ensuring frieze delivers above industry level digital events with constantly evolving tools and functions

Maintaining and managing guest list creation, pulling lists from database, updating archives, creating a log of attendees and histories to better inform future guest lists

Manage check in at IRL events
-
RSVP collation across inboxes, developing processes and ensuring touchpoints with VIPs
-
Collating quotes comparison for events across regions, keeping a
vendor database to optimise budget spend, building relationships with
trusted vendors for smooth delivery of events -
Manage and Oversee Website Events listings across membership,
partnerships, VIP and Magazine events -
Support on in-person events when multiple happening simultaneously-
enabling frieze to host multiple events at same time
Please note:
- Travel will be required as needed for events and for fairs as well as flexibility with working hours

Knowledge and Experience:

One years plus experience in event production or logistical hospitality (hotels, fashion, development, fundraising)
