2 oz habanero-infused Dobel Tequila
.75 oz Cherry Heering Liqueur
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lime juice
.25 oz vanilla vinegar
Add all ingredients to your shaker tin with ice
Shake for 15-20 seconds
Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass
Garnish with pineapple leaf or wedge of pineapple
The creation of Brandon Hoy and Carlo Mirarchi, Roberta’s has become a neighbourhood institution since its opening in January of 2008. An international culinary destination and an incubator for progressive entrepreneurship, over the last 10 years, Roberta’s has developed into a multi-faceted compound with communal seating, private tables and a sun-soaked atrium. It is also home to a frozen pizza operation, takeaway and delivery pizza kitchen, as well as a Tiki Bar and a radio station – Heritage Radio Network. The outdoor seating and catering and events space also provides access to Blanca. Opened in 2012, Blanca is a two-Michelin-starred13-seat restaurant described by The New York Times as 'one of the more extraordinary restaurants in the country.'
