Job Title: CRM Operations Executive

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Location: London Office

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

·      Deliver integral BAU data services to the whole organisation.

·      Ensure high standards of support for all internal users of the CRM.

·      Facilitate the use and awareness of the CRM and other supplementary data systems; including holding regular meetings with internal stakeholder teams to fully comprehend their data dependancies.

·      Work with internal stakeholders to appropriately segment and steward new contacts through the CRM.

·      Manage the scheduling, segmentation and delivery of data selections for the purposes of email marketing campaigns.

·      Identify data barriers to optimal cultivation of Frieze’s audiences, and proactively seek methods to address and improve them.

·      Regularly execute processes to cleanse and standardise data in the CRM.

·      Monitor data quality in the CRM and deliver database training where knowledge gaps arise.

·      Ensure that data is being processed in compliance with data protection laws.

·      Execute data processes that arise through Data Subject Rights.

·      Understand the organisation’s usage of the CRM and make recommendations to the CRM Operations Manager on system improvements.

·      Establish and maintain thorough documentation of the BAU processes that the CRM Operations team manage.

·      Work with the wider Data and Digital department to drive a culture of data led decision making.

·      Deputise for the CRM Operations Manager as required.

Key Results Areas

·     Ensure that all teams are successfully onboarded onto the CRM and are supported in their use of the system.

·     Execute all business-critical data processes in a timely manner.

·     Ensure that data is being processed in line with data protection laws in the jurisdictions within which Frieze operates.

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory

·      Minimum 1 years CRM experience

·      Understanding of data models and relational database structures

·      Experience of data processing, manipulation, cleansing and validation

·      Advance knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel

·      Expert knowledge in GDPR and its implementation

·      Knowledge of segmentation, marketing automation and audience engagement strategies

·      Experience of using email marketing platforms, eg Mailchimp.

Desirable

·      Experience of working within the arts and media organisation

·      Experience of processing data for events

·      Experience of using Sugar CRM

Skills and Abilities

Mandatory 

·      Strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for collaboration

·      Effective communicator who is comfortable delivering proposals and solutions to management

·      Business analysis skills and an ability to quickly understand inter-related internal processes

·      Comfortable in a small-medium environment

Desirable

·      SQL skills and query logic
